Aangela’s Florist – Terms & Conditions
For Aangela’s Florist to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, delivery address & payment details. This is in case we need to contact you about the delivery.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received. We will contact you as soon as possible if we have issues & the payment has not been processed.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect & you require a re-delivery this will be at your own expense.
Aangela’s Florist – Cancellation of Orders
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Aangela’s Florist 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared & are with our courier for delivery.
Aangela’s Florist – Delivery Policy
Normal delivery hours for Aangela’s Florist are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday Aangela’s Florist offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday for residential, before 12pm for business & by 10am AEST Saturdays.
Aangela’s Florist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
Orders Monday – Friday
Orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
Orders must be received before 10:00 a.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day business day.
Orders Sunday and Public Holidays
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
These cut off times do not apply to busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Please check with us for the order cut off times for these days.
While we try to deliver your order at the requested time, it is not possible to guarantee that these times will be achieved. There are often local reasons why an order can not be delivered within your preferred time frame (for example, courier delivery times). If the flowers are for a timed event (for example, a funeral or business location), we will do our best to assist. However, we strongly recommends that you provide us with an alternative address so the flowers can be delivered elsewhere if too late for the timed event.
A local delivery fee is added to each order, for each address. Aangelas Florist will try our best to ensure your flowers are delivered on time to the right location. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, secured buildings or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We do not deliver to PO BOX or LOCKED BAG addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot offer same day delivery or deliver to some locations due to their remoteness. Some deliveries may be required to be collected from the nearest Kogarah depo, if this is the case the recipient will be notified.

Aangela’s Florist – Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
Additionally, the substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. In single-flower bouquets and arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
We will always try to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to those on our website. However, please understand, flowers, plants, wrapping & containers are season & subject to availability on the day of delivery.
